These Texting Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") apply to the SMARTtrek Mobile App Driving Program ("Program") sponsored by CSAA Insurance Group. The CSAA Insurance Group consists of CSAA Insurance Exchange, CSAA General Insurance Company, CSAA Fire & Casualty Insurance Company, CSAA Affinity Insurance Company, CSAA Mid-Atlantic Insurance Company and CSAA Mid-Atlantic Insurance Company of New Jersey (the "Company", “We”, or "us"). By providing the Company with your mobile phone number you are consenting to receive text messages in connection with the SMARTtrek Mobile App Driving Program, subject to these terms and conditions.
THE SMARTtrek Mobile App Driving Program IS DESIGNED FOR MOBILE USERS. INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR PARTICIPATION WILL BE PROVIDED THROUGH THE SMARTtrek APP, AND WE MAY TEXT YOU TO NOTIFY YOU THAT NEW INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE. IF YOU STOP TEXT MESSAGING, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY INFORMATIONAL MESSAGES FROM US ABOUT YOUR PARTICIPATION, AND YOU MAY NEED TO ACTIVELY MONITOR YOUR ACCOUNT THROUGH THE SMARTtrek APP TO AVOID MISSING IMPORTANT INFORMATION.
Text messaging from us may include one-time or recurring text messages. You will typically receive text messages from us such as program progress, driving feedback and results.
The frequency of text messages may vary. Text messages may be sent using an automatic dialing system to the mobile number you provided during the registration process on the mobile app. Message and data rates may apply.
If your mobile number changes or you want to use a different mobile number, you must contact us to update your information. You can contact us at 800.814.4684.
We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text messaging may not be available with all carriers. For help, text HELP.
To unsubscribe from receiving text messages, you may follow the STOP instructions in any of our messages. Following that text message, you may receive one more message confirming you have unsubscribed. As explained above, this may prevent you from receiving important information about the Program.
