Mr. Angerbauer currently is President and CEO of Evelar, Inc., one of the largest regional solar companies based in Utah, and previously served as the Founder, President, and CEO of EQUINOX Business Solutions, one of the largest SaaS, back-office, and insurance firms in the commercial transportation industry. Mr. Angerbauer also serves as founder and board member for a handful of SaaS and technology companies, including MotionSlice LLC, Tabitop LLC, Critical Spoke LLC, Evelar, Inc., and Yendorse. Mr. Angerbauer also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Mountain West Group and AAA Life Insurance Company.
Mr. Barone currently is a Principal of Universal Value Advisors, which has an alliance with Fieldstone Financial, an SEC-registered investment advisor. Mr. Barone has served as a director and chairman of the Federal Home Loan Bank in San Francisco, director at Allied Mineral Products, chairman and chief executive officer of Comstock Bancorp, director of First Security Bank, and director of several small financial services companies. Mr. Barone is a member of the Board of Directors of Mountain West Group. He is the treasurer of the Northern Nevada Dental Health Program, an organization dedicated to the oral health of underserved children and veterans.
Mr. Brown is the retired chairman of BASES/The Nielsen Company. Prior to BASES, Mr. Brown was president of SAMI/Burke, a division of Time Inc. (now Time Warner). Mr. Brown was also a senior partner at Booz Allen and Hamilton, and president and a member of the firm’s board of directors. Mr. Brown serves on the board of directors for AAA Club Alliance, AAA Club Partners, Ohio National Financial Services, ILSCO Bardes, and Verascape.
Mr. Chester is a principal of WestCor Development Partners/WDP Partners. Mr. Chester is a former director of Mountain West Group and past chairman of AAA Arizona and AAA Club Affiliates. Mr. Chester is a past member of the Urban Land Institute, International Council of Shopping Centers, Arizona Bar, and the American Bar Associations.
Mr. Coleman is chairman of Saama Technologies, a provider of services and solutions in the data and analytics market. He is the founder and former chairman and CEO of ITM Software. Previously, he was executive vice president of global sales, service, and marketing for Silicon Graphics, Inc., vice president of product development at Activision, Inc., and held various management positions at Hewlett-Packard. Mr. Coleman is on the board of directors of Complia Health, Entertainment Partners, EIS Group, and Prevedere, and is a member of the advisory board of the Ohio State University Fisher Business School.
Ms. Collins is a founder and former chief executive officer of WDG Ventures, a real estate development and consulting firm formed in 1988. She was chair of the board in 2003 and 2004, serving on the board through 2010. She was reelected to the board in 2012. She currently serves on the boards of the American Automobile Association, Mountain West Group, and AAA Club Partners. Ms. Collins is a founder and director of the Presidio Bank in San Francisco, a director and Chair of The Presidio Trust, a director of the International Women’s Forum and the Glide Foundation, a former director of the Special Olympics for Northern California, and previously served on the M.I.T. Corporation’s Visiting Committee for the Department of Urban Studies and Planning.
Ms. Cranston is a retired senior partner and past chair of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman. She served as vice chair of the board from 2009 to 2010. Ms. Cranston is a member of the boards of Visa, Chemours, MyoKardia, Cetera Financial Group, and Fiduciary Trust Company International. Ms. Cranston also served as a Stanford University trustee and alumni association president and as chair of the board of the Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Stanford. She has served on the board of the Commonwealth Club since 2003, and was chair from 2007 to 2009. She has been on the board of directors of Catalyst since 2006.
Mr. DeWalle is a director of AAA Club Alliance and past chairman and chief executive officer of AAA Mid-Atlantic. Mr. DeWalle is a director and past chair of AAA Club Partners, and has served on the board of the American Automobile Association, American Tours International, AAA World, Riverfront Development Corporation, Delaware State Chamber of Commerce, Delaware Business Roundtable (and on its Executive Committee and Vision 2015 Committee), American Cancer Society Council, and as a trustee of Christiana Care Health System. He also served as a member of Rotary International and has served on the boards of a variety of other community service organizations.
Ms. Downey is president and chief executive officer of CSAA Insurance Group. She joined the company as chief financial officer in April 2000 and was promoted to chief operations officer in 2003. Previously, Ms. Downey was with the Auto Club Group. She serves on the boards of AAA Club Partners, the Bay Area Council, the Insurance Information Institute, and the Property Casualty Insurers Association of America. Previously, Ms. Downey served as chair of the Transportation Committee of the Bay Area Council. She is a past board member of BRE Properties, the Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy, Leadership California, the Detroit Urban League, Michigan Metro Girl Scout Council, and Michigan Economic and Environmental Roundtable.
Mr. Elliott is owner and president of Robert A. Elliott, Inc., an accounting, tax, management and investment advisory services firm. Mr. Elliott is currently the Chair of the Board for UNS Energy Corporation - Fortis and Mountain West Group. Mr. Elliott has served as the Chairman of the Board of the NBA Retired Players Association, Tucson Airport Authority, the Tucson Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce, the University of Arizona Alumni Association and the Tucson Urban League. Mr. Elliott currently serves as board member for the University of Arizona Foundation and the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management. Mr. Elliott spent 27 years as a basketball broadcasting analyst.
Mr. Gagnon is chief executive officer of AAA Club Partners. Mr. Gagnon began his career as a director of marketing with AAA New Hampshire and has held various management positions at AAA Massachusetts, AAA New Mexico, AAA Texas/New Mexico/Oklahoma, and AAA Central-West Jersey. He joined AAA Mid-Atlantic in 2001 as executive vice president and COO. He was appointed president and COO in 2005 and president and CEO in 2008. In 2012, he became the CEO of AAA Club Partners. Mr. Gagnon is a director of American Automobile Association and also has served as a director of American Tours International, Luxury Retreats International Holdings, and Delaware Business Roundtable. He is on the advisory board of the Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics at the University of Delaware.
Ms. Hennessy is an independent consultant to the property and casualty insurance and reinsurance industry. Prior to that, Ms. Hennessy served as the chief executive officer of GMAC Insurance, Personal Lines; president, chief operating officer and board member of TIG Holdings, Inc.; a division president and chief actuary of American Reinsurance Company; chair and CEO of Am-Re Consultants, Inc.; and a principal and consulting actuary of TPF&C (now Towers Watson). Ms. Hennessy serves on the boards of AAA Life Insurance Company, AAA Club Partners, AAA Club Alliance, Third Point Re, and Geovera Holdings.
Mr. Michael is the Chairman of the Cincinnati region of Fifth Third Bank. Mr. Michael served in various executive positions with Fifth Third Bank, U.S. Bank, Ohio Casualty Insurance Company, and PNC Financial Services Group. He serves on the boards of AAA Club Alliance, AK Steel Holding Corporation, Arlington Asset Investment Corporation, Cincinnati Bengals, TriHealth, and Xavier University.
Mr. Pease is the Chairman and CEO of AAA Club Alliance and the Chair of AAA Club Partners. Mr. Pease has served in various positions at AAA, including as a member of the Accreditation Commission, Chair of the Eastern Conference of AAA Clubs, member of the AAA National Travel Committee, Chair of Midwest Auto Clubs, and Chair of the AAA National Strategic Business Committee. Prior to joining AAA Cincinnati, Mr. Pease spent 20 years in a number of senior executive positions with Pease Industries and as president and chief executive officer of Pease Company.
Mr. Petitt is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CHA Management and owner/Chairman of the Coastal Plain League. He was also the owner and Chairman of Double-Play Concessions LLC and Holly Springs Baseball LLC. He was owner and President of Echo Mountain ski area and was President and Chairman of Choice Hotels International. He joined Choice in November 1980 as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and was named President of Choice in 1990. Mr. Petitt serves as a director on several boards, including AAA Club Alliance and AAA Club Partners.
Mr. Smith recently retired as chief executive officer of CopperPoint Mutual, with more than four decades of experience in the insurance business, and continues to serve as a member of its Board of Directors. Mr. Smith previously spent 20 years at Continental, a NY insurance company, where he previously served as vice president and director of its Mid-Atlantic region. For five years beginning in 1995, Mr. Smith served as a Deputy Secretary in the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry. Mr. Smith has been serving on the AAA Arizona (now Mountain West Group) Board of Directors since 2012.
