WALNUT CREEK, Calif., February 24, 2017 – CSAA Insurance Group, a AAA Insurer, today announced that its Leaders Development Program was ranked among the top 10 programs in the country at the 2017 Leadership Excellence awards. The provider of AAA-branded insurance was awarded second place in the “best use of simulations” category, third place for “best use of classroom/traditional training program,” and fifth place for “best experienced/senior leader program.”
The Leaders Development Program was designed to engage employees about CSAA Insurance Group’s approach to strategy, culture, and performance in the workplace. Select individuals are nominated to participate in a multi-month program that includes rigorous workshops, assessments, coaching, and exercises tied to “real-life” company issues. The course work is tailored to stimulate innovative thinking and infuse cultural values that help drive the organization forward.
