WALNUT CREEK, Calif., May 7, 2018 – CSAA Insurance Group, a AAA insurer, has named Linsay Hohmann as its vice president of service.
In this role, Hohmann will lead the company’s service organization, including multiple customer service centers, billing and payment functions and business-center operations.
Hohmann has 17 years of insurance experience, including in claims, underwriting and service. She joined CSAA Insurance Group in 2010 as underwriting manager for the company’s Eastern region, was promoted to underwriting executive in 2012, and then joined the customer experience management team in 2014. In 2015, she joined the company’s service organization as agent service executive, responsible for building CSAA Insurance Group’s sales-agent support team and for leading the conversion of legacy policies to the company’s new platforms and products.
“Linsay’s deep underwriting and service experience make her well suited to lead our service organization,” said Bob Valliere, executive vice president of insurance operations at CSAA Insurance Group. “She is a strong leader with a customer-focused approach to solving business problems.”
Prior to joining CSAA Insurance Group, Hohmann was an underwriting manager at Ameriprise Auto & Home Insurance. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration and finance at the University of Wisconsin—Oshkosh, and previously served as a cabinet member and board member for Brown County United Way in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
