SUMMARY OF CHANGES TO CSAA INSURANCE GROUP WEBSITE
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Effective as of February 10, 2018
Updated Section 8, Paperless Electronic Delivery of Policy Documents and Bills, as follows:
- To describe that, if you agree to paperless electronic delivery, you will receive electronic delivery through our site, MyPolicy, of all insurance documents, notices, records and information, including privacy notices, unless we are required to send you paper copies under applicable law. Examples of required require paper copies are cancellation notices, and in some states, ID cards.
- To notify that an election for paperless electronic delivery applies during policy renewals and after modifications.
- To notify that, in certain situations, including if the election to receive paperless electronic delivery of Documents and/or Bills was not made through MyPolicy, we may contact you to ask that you re-enroll through MyPolicy to continue your election.
- To describe special electronic paperless delivery requirements and a special disclaimer both for Kentucky policyholders.
