Mr. Angerbauer currently is the CEO/President and Managing Partner of Venture Slopes, LLC (aka SS Investments I, LLC), owner, CEO and Principal Manager of MavenXP (dba SS Holdings I, LLC), CEO and director of Joonto, Inc., CEO and Manager of Joonto, LLC, and Manager of the Angerbauer Investment Group, LLC. Mr. Angerbauer previously served as the Founder, President, and CEO of EQUINOX Business Solutions, a SaaS, back-office, and insurance firm in the commercial transportation industry. Mr. Angerbauer also founded a handful of SaaS and technology companies, including MotionSlice LLC, Tabitop LLC, Critical Spoke LLC, and MotionVest, LLC. Mr. Angerbauer also serves as a member of the Boards of Directors of Mountain West Group, AAA Club Partners and AAA Life Insurance Company.

Mr. Bradford is a member of the Boards of Directors of AAA Club Alliance and AAA Club Partners. Previously, he was the Managing Partner of ALTA Consulting, LLC, a firm specializing in strategic management services. Additionally, he was Managing Partner of Axum Partners; Interim Chief Administrative Officer of the Barnes Foundation; consultant to GS Capital and Interim Managing Director of New Freedom Theater. He spent most of his career as an executive with ARCO Chemical Company, eventually serving as worldwide Director, Continuous Improvement and Commercial Services, and retiring in 1998.
Yvette Bright
Director since 2020
Ms. Bright is the president of Brighter Horizon Foundation, whose mission is to support high school students in becoming the first in their family to pursue a four-year college education. Ms. Bright retired in 2018 as executive vice president and chief operating officer of Independence Blue Cross in Philadelphia. She currently serves on several Boards of Directors, including Independence Health Group, National Life Group, Care Continuity, Cityblock Health, Myers Industries and Reveleer.

Mr. Calihan currently serves on the Boards of Mountain West Group and Copper State Bolt & Nut. From 1984 to 2007, Mr. Calihan served as President of Hughes-Calihan Corp, a company that provided office technologies and services to a broad range of businesses and government agencies in Arizona, Nevada and New Mexico. He retired in 2007 when the company was sold to an international corporation. Mr. Calihan has served as a director of a variety of businesses and non-profits, including, BMO Harris Bank, University of Arizona Health Network, and Brophy College Preparatory Board of Regents.

Ms. Collins is a founder and former chief executive officer of WDG Ventures, a real estate development and consulting firm formed in 1988. She was chair of the board in 2003 and 2004, serving on the board through 2010. She was reelected to the board in 2012. She currently serves on the boards of the American Automobile Association, Mountain West Group, AAA Club Partners, and the board of the AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety. Ms. Collins was a founder and director of the Presidio Bank in San Francisco, which was acquired by Heritage Bank of Commerce, and is a former director and prior Chair of The Presidio Trust, and a director of the Glide Foundation.

Mr. Daniels retired as executive vice president and chief information officer for Kaiser Permanente's hospitals and health plans. He had previously served as Kaiser's senior vice president of enterprise shared services and senior vice president of information technology for health plan and hospital operations. Before joining Kaiser, Mr. Daniels was senior vice president and divisional CIO for the Auto Finance Division of Capital One and a senior vice president at JPMorgan Chase. He currently serves on the Boards of Directors for Fastly, Parkland Center for Clinical Innovation (PCCI), and SVB Financial Group.
Peter Havens

Mr. Havens is founder and Chairman of Baldwin Management, LLC, an investment management concern created to service families, foundations and non-profit institutions. He previously held senior positions with the Bryn Mawr Trust Company and Kewanee Enterprises, a private investment firm. He serves on the boards of AAA Club Alliance, Independence Seaport Museum, Lankenau Institute for Medical Research, Lankenau Medical Center Foundation and Main Line Health.

Ms. Hennessy is an independent consultant to the property and casualty insurance and reinsurance industry. Ms. Hennessy’s professional background includes over 40 years of both consulting and executive roles in the insurance and reinsurance industries. She has held CEO and C-suite roles at Overseas Partners, Ltd (Bermuda), American Re-Insurance Company, GMAC Personal Lines Insurance, and TIG Holdings, Inc. And, she has spent over 20 years consulting in insurance strategy, operations and merger/acquisitions as a principal at Towers Watson. Ms. Hennessy serves on the boards of AAA Club Partners, AAA Club Alliance, AssuredPartners, and Geovera Holdings.

Mr. Michael is the Chairman of the Cincinnati region of Fifth Third Bank. Mr. Michael served in various executive positions with Fifth Third Bank, U.S. Bank, Ohio Casualty Insurance Company, and PNC Financial Services Group. He is the Chair of AAA Club Alliance and serves on the boards of Cleveland-Cliffs, Inc., Arlington Asset Investment Corporation, Cincinnati Bengals, SERVE Insurance, TriHealth, and Xavier University.

Ms. Paskin-Jordan is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Paskin & Berler Capital Advisors. She previously worked at Montgomery Asset Management and Wells Fargo. She currently serves on advisory boards for Harvest Funds Management and PIMCO RIA. She also served on the Corporate Board of Real Property Funds II, IV, and V, sub-advised by Buchanan Street Partners from 2008 to 2017. Ms. Paskin-Jordan is also the Chair of Mountain West Group board of directors and a member of the AAA Club Partners board and the American Automobile Association board.

Mr. Pease is a director of AAA Club Alliance and AAA Club Partners. Mr. Pease has served in various positions at AAA, including as a member of the Accreditation Commission, Chair of the Eastern Conference of AAA Clubs, member of the AAA National Travel Committee, Chair of Midwest Auto Clubs, and Chair of the AAA National Strategic Business Committee. Prior to joining AAA Cincinnati, Mr. Pease spent 20 years in a number of senior executive positions with Pease Industries and as president and chief executive officer of Pease Company.

Mr. Smith retired as chief executive officer and a director of CopperPoint Mutual, with more than four decades of experience in the insurance business. Mr. Smith previously spent 20 years at Continental, a New York-based insurance company, where he previously served as vice president and director of its Mid-Atlantic region. For five years beginning in 1995, Mr. Smith served as a Deputy Secretary in the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry. Mr. Smith has been serving on the AAA Arizona (now Mountain West Group) Board of Directors since 2012.

Ms. Washington retired from the Bank of the West, where she was Senior Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary and led the legal, regulatory relations and corporate secretary functions. Prior to joining Bank of the West, she served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Catellus Development Corporation, a publicly traded real estate company, and California Federal Bank. She is also a member of the Boards of Directors for First Hawaiian Inc., First Hawaiian Bank and Habitat for Humanity of the Greater Bay Area.

Mike Zukerman was appointed president and CEO of CSAA Insurance Group in May 2024, following his tenure as interim CEO since August 2023. He leads an innovative, customer-driven organization focused on serving AAA members during life’s uncertainties. Mr. Zukerman was named 2017 Corporate Counsel of the Year by the San Francisco Business Times, and has been a frequent speaker at various technology, intellectual property and software law seminars. For several years he was a guest lecturer on law and entrepreneurship at UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. Mr. Zukerman also serves on the board of Keep Tahoe Blue, The League to Save Lake Tahoe. He earned his law degree at the Washington College of Law at American University and his BA at the University of California at Berkeley.
