WALNUT CREEK, Calif., Nov. 25, 2019 – CSAA Insurance Group, a AAA Insurer, was named the Best Auto Insurance Company for Millennials (18-36 year olds) for 2020, according to a recent surveypublished by Insure.com.(1)The company also ranked second overall for auto insurers with a satisfaction score of 89.64 out of 100 possible points. CSAA Insurance Group offers automobile, homeowners and other personal lines of insurance to AAA Members through AAA clubs in 23 states and the District of Columbia.

In addition to placing second overall for auto insurers, CSAA Insurance Group had the highest percentage of all policyholders who said they would recommend (94%) or renew (98%). According to the survey, the company also excelled in claims handling and value for the price, ranking second for those individual metrics.
Insure.com's Best Auto Insurance Companies is the result of a survey of over 3,700 current customers. The survey collected customer ratings for 20 leading auto insurance companies in the United States based on insurance factors including customer service, claims processing, value for price, likelihood to renew and likelihood to recommend.
