WALNUT CREEK, Calif., March 5, 2019 – CSAA Insurance Group, a AAA Insurer, was honored for its Leaders Development Program at the 2019 LEAD (Leadership Excellence & Development) Awards. The company was awarded second place in the "Best Experienced/Senior Leader Program" category, and third place for "Best Use of Classroom and Traditional Training."
Using workshops, assessments, coaching, and business simulations, the program offers employees advanced training on enterprise leadership. The intention is to help employees succeed at leading change, driving culture and executing on strategy. To date, more than 300 employees have participated in and graduated from the program.
