CSAA Insurance Group Recognized on 2025 Disability Index for Commitment to Disability Inclusion

WALNUT CREEK, Calif., November 10, 2025 – CSAA Insurance Group has been recognized for the first time on the 2025 Disability Index, earning a score of 80 for its commitment to advancing disability inclusion across the organization. The Disability Index, administered by Disability:IN, is a leading benchmarking tool that measures company performance across key areas including culture, leadership, accessibility, employment practices, community engagement and supplier inclusion.

This recognition underscores CSAA Insurance Group's ongoing efforts to foster an inclusive workplace where all employees can thrive. The company was evaluated across seven categories and received strong marks in Employment Practices, Enterprise-Wide Access, Community Engagement, and Supplier Inclusion.

  • Expanding mental health and wellness benefits, including paid caregiver leave and enhanced Employee Assistance Program (EAP) resources.
