CSAA Insurance Group Lends Support to “Female Founders in Tech”


WALNUT CREEK, Calif., June 18, 2018 – CSAA Insurance Group is a sponsor of the second annual “Female Founders in Tech” program, which invites women-led technology startups to share innovative insurance concepts and business models. The program is managed by Quesnay, a consulting firm focused on accelerating growth among startups and corporations. Five finalists will be coached by world-renowned industry leaders, and have the opportunity to partner with CSAA Insurance Group and other corporate sponsors.

"The Female Founders in Tech program plays an important role in identifying disruptive ideas and solutions that can improve how we serve AAA members, and aligns closely with our diversity and inclusion values.”

Brackeen leads the strategic planning and innovation acceleration for CSAA Insurance Group, which provides AAA-branded property casualty insurance in 23 states the District of Columbia. With more than 25 years of experience and leadership at innovative high-tech companies, Brackeen is focused on sustaining and disruptive innovation capabilities, as well as investment and business development opportunities. She is also a director and past chair of the Silicon Valley Forum Board of Directors, has been an advisor to the Astia Technology Committee since 2008, and was an advisor on the corporate board of the National Venture Capital Association.

InsureTech Connect will host the final event in Las Vegas as part of its 2018 conference, where finalists will present their startups to a live audience of judges. By participating, sponsors, judges, mentors and applicants will be invited to join Quesnay's growing community of innovation thought leaders.
