February conference recognized growing talent in the insurance industry
WALNUT CREEK, Calif., Feb. 5, 2025 – Five leaders from CSAA Insurance Group, a AAA insurer, were among more than 200 insurance professionals from a broad spectrum of the industry named to the 2025 Class of Emerging Leaders. The class was honored at this year’s Emerging Leaders Conference on February 2-4 in Tampa, Florida, in conjunction with Insurance Careers Month in February.
The conference, hosted by the American Property Casualty Insurance Association (APCIA), the Insurance Careers Movement (ICM) and AM Best, is designed to bring together and recognize talented and diverse rising stars in the insurance industry. The highly competitive program includes a vibrant event that provides insights to executive leadership, unique networking opportunities, and a focus on professional as well as personal development.

This 2025 Emerging Leaders Conference provided insights on industry trends, best practices, leadership, soft skills, and innovation. This year's class is expected to continue making a significant impact in a number of key areas including artificial intelligence (AI), business transformation, customer service, data analytics, DEI initiatives, legal and regulatory issues, the new shape of work, philanthropy, privacy, and tech innovations.
