Kishore Kandru Selected as Advisor for UCI Customer Experience Certificate Program

WALNUT CREEK, Calif., December 15, 2021 – Kishore Kandru, director of Automation & Data Governance at CSAA Insurance Group, a AAA insurer, has been selected as an Advisor for the University of California-Irvine (UCI) Customer Experience Certificate Program.

Executives from across the country are carefully selected by the program to serve as advisors. They offer expertise within a multitude of industries to provide students with insights from industry thought leaders. Students learn to apply principles that drive customer experience innovation and the techniques developed by top companies. Kandru and other experts in their fields will help guide students throughout the program.

Kishore brings his 20+ years of Business Architecture experience across the high-tech, consumer electronics and insurance industries to lead a talented group of CSAA Insurance Group business process and experience automation experts. His team focuses on identifying and delivering customer, agent and employee experience optimization and automation opportunities, with a focus on value delivery and innovation.

Kandru also set up the company’s Robotic Process Automation (RPA) practice from the ground up and scaled it to enterprise level with lean and Agile principles. He holds a Bachelor of Science in electronics and a Master of Business Administration, and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt practitioner and a frequent speaker at industry conferences.
