WALNUT CREEK, Calif., May 18, 2021 – CSAA Insurance Group, a AAA insurer, has promoted two operations leaders to new vice president roles: Tessie Bellarmine is vice president, operations process and performance, and David Hodge is vice president of direct and independent agent sales, personal lines product.
“We are pleased to announce the promotions of Tessie and David, who will help renew our focus on improving customer experiences and outcomes,” said Bob Valliere, executive vice president of insurance operations. “Continuing to develop our internal capabilities and solutions supports our growth initiatives and helps us discover new opportunities to better serve AAA Members.”
Tessie Bellarmine serves as the strategic leader of business architecture, performance data analytics and operational risk management. She has nearly 20 years of insurance experience,
and began her career with CSAA as a business solutions manager in 2009, eventually helping lead the company’s digital product transformation. She has a bachelor’s degree in electronics
and communication engineering from Madras University, and a master’s in business administration from Loyola Institute of Business Administration.
David Hodge leads a team of sales professionals devoted to serving the insurance needs of
AAA Members. He joined Insurance Group in 2020, bringing more than 15 years of experience in personal lines insurance including sales, operations and claims. Prior to joining CSAA Insurance Group, he was the vice president of insurance at AAA Western and Central New York, and also held several executive roles at GEICO, including assistant vice president of Northeast Claims.
He has a bachelor’s in business administration from Hofstra University.
